Business Developer - Facade

What's the Role?

You will be responsible for generating sustainable sales revenue and maximizing Hilti’s share of business with Facade Key Accounts in the KSA through systematic account development. By doing this, you will create sustainable business relationships with high-level contacts and present the Hilti value proposition and differentiation to decision-makers to secure business.

What does the role involve?

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing accounts with key strategies and action plans. You will steer the sales and business development activities, defining and driving the actions which will lead to the development of market share in the Facade industry. You will also identify business opportunities to allow for local application to secure profitable growth in the various product lines, while expanding the buying customer platform.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Experience within the Façade industry
  • Senior relationship management skills to be capable and confident while speaking to senior and C-level customers
  • Long-term strategic thinking to explain and transmit the targets & strategy to customers, peers and management
  • Experience working in a commercial sales role in KSA market, with proven success in selling value adding solutions to contractors/end users
  • Structured approach and time management capabilities
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-driven and ability to work autonomously
