As a Project Manager you will lead cross-functional teams to drive projects that improve our solutions for Engineering and Prefabrication Services.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will plan and manage projects by structuring complex tasks into manageable work packages and creating realistic project plans with accurately estimated timelines and resources. You will engage and motivate cross-functional team members, think in scenarios, create options, and have plan Bs. You will prioritize and understand trade-offs, take calculated risks, manage and mitigate them, work with various partners and stakeholders, track progress, and steer projects to completion. Additionally, you will present results, get buy-in from stakeholders, document all relevant project milestones, and ensure the sustainable buildup and implementation of project management skills.
We invest more than 5% of our turnover every year in exploring new solutions in diamond systems, measuring tools, firestops, anchors and other fastening systems.

You bring:
- A master’s degree in industrial engineering or business administration with experience in a technical environment, ideally combined with further studies/education in project management
- Proven track record in project management in an international environment
- Ability to lead multi-functional teams across a matrix organization
- Experience in the construction industry
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English
