Construction Business Developer

What's the Role?

Land surveyors use specialized equipment to measure and mark property boundaries, calculating the dimensions, elevations, shapes, and contours of construction sites.

The Construction Business Developer is a sales position where you will be focusing mainly on customers working in Building Construction and advising them our Land Surveying opportunities. You will have full responsibility for sales development of digital layout and high-end detection products within Hungary. You will become the jobsite demonstrator of the digital layout tool, create account specific sales strategies, drive sales force competencies in creating proper leads, completing direct sales calls with customers.

What does the role involve?

• You cooperate high level with others in sales utilizing the capabilities of salesforce. You will work with Area Sales Managers to drive and manage the pipeline in addition with Account Managers to define and execute the next steps to win those opportunities.
• Your daily activities include direct customer interaction on every level of their organisation (from general manager to jobsite manager)
• You will highly focus on providing professional ”hands-on” to the end users and software support in the office or in-site.
• You are responsible for care activities for those customers where we already sold our solution.
• You will be in frequent contact with the regional community of Construction Business Developers to get their experience and share yours.

What you need is:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Preferred areas of study include: Business & Economics, Civil, Structural, Surveying or related engineering field
• Direct sales experience
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience with commercial construction processes on job sites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent Hungarian and English
• Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude and a hunger to learn
• Collaborative personality to get the best out of yourself, working with your manager and colleagues in other departments
• Flexibility/openness for international training program (couple of days during integration)
