Fleet Management Operations Specialist

What's the role?

The Fleet Management Operations Specialist is responsible for providing quality customer service and support to Hilti’s Fleet customers.

The overall aim of this role is to add to the positive overall customer experience of Fleet Management while meeting and exceeding the renewal rate for fleet management tools and achieving Service Level Agreements.

What does the role involve?

The Fleet Operations Specialist is responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • Running end of month and beginning of month transactions in SAP (extensions, renewal proposal creation etc.)
  • Managing the Centralised Collection safety net and improve where possible
  • Processing requests from CS, HS, AM that require specialist intervention (e.g. mark tools off as stolen for customer)
  • Finding trends within the process and flagging these with the LPE/Manager to improve upon them

What you need is:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with SAP
  • Solid experience in customer facing capacity
  • Experience in finance related role is a major advantage
  • A self-starter mindset with motivation to drive and achieve results
  • Ability to work independently & in a team
  • High learning agility and drive for self-development
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for problem solving
  • Ability to work earlier hours to align with Australian time zones
