Our Field Engineer is more than a technical analyst—they are the key force that brings solutions to life. You will work directly on construction sites, collaborating with designers, contractors, and project managers to transform technical expertise into real business results and drive project success.
What You'll do
Identify and sell engineering services by developing relations and sales long term
Offering professional services and technical support to identified key regional projects to maximize project success and technical sales
Providing specifications, calculations and technical advise to Hilti customers and specifiers
Being the link and support to Engineers in the field
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction related degree.
Minimum 5 years of working experience (preferable in sales, customer facing role) in engineering / construction related industry.
Experience from working with construction projects.
Product knowledge within installation.
AutoCAD is a must and preferably experience from working in BIM, Revit and Structural Mechanics.
Excellent command of written and spoken local language, basic command of written and spoken English is required
