Inside Sales Account Manager

Build Customer Relationships and Drive Growth Through Strategic Inside Sales

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Account Managers to join our sales team and be part of our uniquely high performing and supportive working culture.

What You'll do

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating profitable sales from an assigned account base through outbound sales. You will make over the phone sales growing a loyal customer base.

You will provide strong knowledge of Hilti products to customers, along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name, to ensure customer engagement.

Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with our customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs, through presenting Hilti’s value proposition.

What You’ll Bring

A bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering disciplines)
New graduate or 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales
Strong communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written)
Proficient computer skills, with practice in CRM software
Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships
A pro-active, determined and result-oriented mindset
Excellent time management skills, and ability to work under pressure
To be persuasive and resilient
Resident in Istanbul
