What You'll do

  • Responsible for growing and establishing value adding sustainable customer service and e-business (Hilti Online, eb2b) channel in line with Market Organization strategy
    • Derive a clear strategy for channels from Marketing Organization market reach/marketing strategy with a roadmap of activities inclusive of customer engagement on Hilti Online in line with regional and global channel strategy
    • Create a caring and performance-oriented environment by role modelling Hilti values, behaviors and attitudes.
    • Demonstrate entrepreneurial leadership skills to be creative, take calculable risks, bring the best out of his/her team
    • Build a high performing team and inclusive team, and develop your team members in their current role and beyond
    • Achieve results by making yourself and your team accountable for their actions
    • Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) by initiating and driving ongoing process improvements in collaboration with other departments
    • Responsible for execution of Internal controls (ICS) for customer service
    • Manage call center operations successfully by maintaining shift and capacity planning
    • Hands on call handling in order to get own deep understanding of customer needs and operational challenges in collaboration with sales and finance. Take personal ownership of complex customer requests/complaints and drive resolution.
    • Improve Customers engagement on Hilti Online

    We have more than 200,000 interactions with our customers every day. It’s how we get to know their businesses, understand their needs and develop the precise products and services that will help them.


What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in business, supply chain, project management or other relevant field. MBA is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in SAP is vital
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving and can-do attitude
  • Proven experience in identifying improvement areas and developing innovative solutions to ensure process excellence
  • Experience to lead & implement change
  • Self-motivated, highly energetic with persuasion skill and willingness to explore self-potential in different area
  • Proven experience to work in multi-culture environment, ability to work with stakeholders from different background
  • High ambition to develop your long-term career at Hilti
