What's the role?
The purpose of this role is to design, develop, test, and operate a complex set of applications and platforms that support data-driven decision-making and process automation. The Application Developer will work across technical areas to implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other modern tools. This includes managing the software lifecycle, ensuring code quality, and continuously improving development practices.

What does the role involve?
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain SQL-based data pipelines and transformations using Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights
- Execute and participate in code reviews and testing processes
- Understand and follow IT guidelines and the business model
- Use solid data and a fact base to support conclusions and development decisions
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet application development targets
- Stay current with emerging technologies and demonstrate openness to change
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly analytics solutions

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree required or applicable job-related experience
- Programming and development experience, preferably with exposure to Power Platform and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report design
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms
- Execute and participate in tests, code quality checks, and code reviews
- Understanding of software lifecycle management
- Willingness to learn additional tools such as SAP, Alteryx, and VBA
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Growth mindset with strong learning agility
