Project Account Manager

What's the Role?

The purpose of the role is to own project ship-to territories, promoting all Hilti relevant solutions by providing commercial support and coordinate support from other Hilti functions on key construction project sites - responsible to overall project sales results.

Main tasks include working with the sales department to ensure the successful sales result and working with others support department and management teams as necessary to achieve this goal.

What does the role involve?


  1. Lead and manage selected focus projects, ensuring progress and successful execution.
  2. Drive on site focus applications and product/service adoption to achieve defined sales targets.
  3. Orchestrate complex commercial deals, meeting sales and execution deadlines while preserving profitability.
  4. Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, clients and other parties involved on its focus projects.
  5. Understand and integrate commercial and technical aspects to deliver complex solutions combining products, services, and software.
  6. Collaborate effectively with Hilti project team members and the wider Hilti organization.
  7. Maintain strong communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Facilitate project capture team meetings to ensure alignment and execution.
  9. Prepare material forecast, quotations and relevant project updates.
  10. Actively utilization of CRM (salesforce) to reflect events, leads and effective pipeline management.

What you need is:

  • Degree in business or other related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in serving corporate accounts with proven success record (experience in construction industry is an added plus)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong winning mindset and never satisfy attitude to motivate one’s own self-development
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, independent, dynamic and highly motivated
  • Someone with high ambition and potential to excel and develop their long term career at Hilti
