What's the role?
We are looking for a motivated working student from electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or a comparable field of study. What does the role involve?
You will support our day-to-day testing activities. This includes the independent preparation and execution of battery tests, as well as the subsequent evaluation, analysis and interpretation of measurement data. In addition, you will continuously further improve and optimize our testing procedures. You will work in an interdisciplinary and international team with focus on the latest battery technologies for power tools. You will get the opportunity to visit our innovation center in Schaan and work with our cross-located team.
Kaufering is the second largest Hilti site in the world after the corporate headquarters in Schaan. Kaufering is located in the triangle Augsburg - Munich - Allgäu and offers an ideal traffic connection as well as numerous local recreation possibilities.

What you need is:
- You are a student in electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or comparable discipline
- You are at least in the second half of your bachelor’s degree
- You are available at least two days per week
- You have first experience in MATLAB
- You have basic knowledge in the field of batteries
- First laboratory experience in battery testing preferable
- First experience in programming test scripts preferable
- You are fluent in English
- You are a team player, and you like to work in an international team
- You like to contribute your own ideas
