Throughout the program, you will collaborate with global colleagues, interact with senior management, and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor. You will participate in global summits, complete key rotations, and work on high-profile projects. What does the role involve?
Our Outperformer Management Program - Finance Track is a 24-month graduate program consisting of a range of rotations on both local and international levels. We offer two Finance Track options, each providing exposure to our customer-centric business model as well as immersing you in the fundamentals of finance at Hilti. All of this takes place while you work on strategic projects.
Finance Track – Option 1
- 12 months as an Account Manager in Denmark, gaining customer-facing experience in our core business.
- 3 months on a finance project at our national headquarters in Hvidovre.
- 6 months on a regional financial project at our Northern European regional HQ in Manchester.
- 3 months on an international strategic finance project outside the Northern European region.
- 3-6 months on an Accounting & Shared Services rotation at our Northern European regional HQ in Manchester.
- 6-9 months on a Controlling & Reporting rotation at our Northern European regional HQ in Manchester.
- 3 months on a Finance project at our national headquarters in Hvidovre.
- 6 months on a strategic project in Germany.

- Global summit: A five day event at Hilti's global headquarters in Liechtenstein, focusing on global business insights, teamwork and leadership skills.
- Social impact project: Participate in a hands-on community initiative, building homes for refugees in Bosnia, alongside your Outperformer cohort.

The formal process includes short online assessments, and a phone interview with our recruitment team. From there you will attend a first interview with members of the Danish leadership team, a day-in-the-life virtual ‘field ride’, and finally, the assessment centre in Manchester. We will cover your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.
