You will integrate multiple disciplines, including structural, architectural, electrical, and hydraulic elements, allowing engineering solutions to be visualized within the complete project environment. You will review dimensions, positioning, spatial coordination, and potential interferences, raising issues with Engineering when adjustments are required.
You will also:
Develop and maintain collaborative 3D models in Revit based on engineering inputs.
Generate structural drawings and project documentation directly from the BIM model.
Incorporate engineering feedback and update models and drawings as projects evolve.
Coordinate different disciplines within the BIM environment and identify potential spatial conflicts.
Collaborate closely with engineers, Lead Modelers, project stakeholders, and external modeling partners.
Work in a shared modeling environment, supporting consistent and high-quality project deliverables.
Adapt models when customer requirements, engineering designs, or project conditions change.
Your work will support international projects, focused on Data Centers, Energy & Industry Projects, mainly for USA customers.
