What You'll do
- Start in a customer-facing role (such as Account Manager or equivalent, tailored to your experience) to build a solid understanding of our business, products and customers.
- Create value for customers by developing trusted and strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Progress into a leadership role, managing a team, and driving performance.
- Gain exposure to different business functions through hands-on experience and collaboration with diverse teams.
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects that support business growth and transformation.
- Move into broader responsibilities, with opportunities at regional or global level.
- Follow a development path designed to prepare you for senior leadership roles.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Engineering, combined with an MBA or strong business exposure.
- Typically 5–8 years of experience in consulting, industry, engineering, or sales.
- Proven leadership potential and the ability to influence, engage and collaborate with others.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, complemented by excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, plus the willingness to pursue an international career path, including future mobility opportunities across countries and regions.
