What's the role?
This position is responsible for human resources compensation and benefit functions and support C&B strategy development.

What does the role involve?
1. Relocation/Mobility Staff Management
1)In charge of the relocation process of internal assignee or local hired foreigner with vender support, such as VISA, work permit, shipment, retinal and education.
2)Regular Manage active foreigners’ request.
3)Execute employment contract management
4)Manage employees’ personal file and relevant information update in time via relevant platform.
5)International mobility management and global tax filling management with vender support.
2. Supplementary Commercial Insurance
1)Responsible for the whole procedure of Supplementary Commercial Insurance including renew and propose the schemes and cost comparison and budget control with different vendors.
2)Monitor the performance of insurer per service level agreement.
3)Promote and update service guide and annual on-site service schedule.
4)application for new hire and resignee timely, monthly summary report and handle balance accounts of payment.
5)Employee communication and promotion
3. Annual medical health check
1)Responsible for the whole procedure of Supplementary Commercial Insurance including renew and propose the schemes and cost comparison and budget control with different vendors.
2)Monitor the performance of insurer per service level agreement.
3)Employee communication and promotion
4. Support employee for Shanghai residence permit and Shanghai household registration
5. Optimize the correspondingly C&B relevant processes.
6. Support HR projects or events.
7. Manage corresponding C&B report, analysis or files.
8. Other tasks assigned by team leader or department head.

What you need is:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Fluent in English.
3.Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5.Good computer skills in all MS office software,
6.With high team spirit and personal efficient.
7.Planning, organizing and coordinating competencies.
8.Initiative, willing to learn, high responsible and diligent attitude.
