The purpose of this role is to manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and smaller field accounts and provide a high level of customer service We’re looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for sales and desire advancement opportunities throughout the U.S and globally.

What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree required with an Engineering degree preferred.
- Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred
- Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships.
- Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months.
