What does the role involve?
As a Process Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and implementing global logistics standards by:
- Leading and contributing to cross-functional project teams to design, pilot, implement, and roll out global standards and best practices for Project Business;
- Documenting, training, and continuously improving operational procedures;
- Collaborating closely with logistics areas (e.g. Materials Management, Warehousing, Transport, Services, Reporting & Controlling), as well as with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Finance at both global and regional levels;
- Supporting strategic topics and initiatives within the Global Logistics Project Business community (Glomex);
- Driving internal benchmarking and sharing of best practices across regions;
- Acting as the main global logistics contact and business partner for Project Business, supporting local teams with operational challenges;
- Supporting and contributing to LEAN initiatives (e.g. Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and acting as a subject matter expert in cross-functional improvement efforts.

What you need is:
We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with strategic insight:
- A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a global logistics, supply chain, project management, or project business environment
- Experience in onshore/offshore project logistics is a strong plus
- Familiarity with LEAN tools (e.g. VSM), SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly across all levels
- Structured, self-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
- A balance between attention to detail and a strategic, global perspective
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
