What's the role
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), to support and develop a perimeter of 300 white-collar employees of which you and our existing HRBPs will be the preferred partner.
As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in contributing to our employee engagement strategy through the establishment of an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

What does the role involve?

Your mission is to implement, support and improve our people strategy with your business partners.
Therefore, you will work closely with the middle managers and leadership team to further enhance work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
You will strengthen the commitment of our teams by supporting the managers and ensuring the quality and respect of our People processes. You are supporting the full employee lifecycle: running orientation and onboarding processes, daily HR guidance, performance management, support employee development, implementation and follow up of our succession plan, individual support, manage resignations, updating HR policies and practices, ….

What do we offer?

- Possibility to work 2 days from home (3 office days)

What you need is:
- Min. Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience as HRBP
- Experience in a commercially driven organization is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English imperative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid problem-solver and agile mentality
- You are rigorous and proactive
- You are service-oriented and like to step out of your comfort zone
