What's the role?

As Senior Product Manager Solution Selling (m/f/d) you will be responsible for driving the business impact for our Tool Park Management solutions Fleet Management and ON!Track by ensuring the strategy-compliant management of our solution selling processes and tools. Furthermore, you will drive the development and implementation of global sales approaches and standards in cooperation with the relevant global business units and ensure Hilti's market leadership through outstanding sales and process performance.

What does the role involve?

  • Conceptually craft & develop our global solution selling processes
  • Develop and redefine solution selling approaches to drive global strategic initiatives on our Tool Park Management solutions (Fleet Management and ON!Track) in close collaboration with the relevant global business units
  • Develop and improve related sales tools together with global IT & market community to ensure and drive sales execution
  • Enable regions to implement and execute solution selling standards in close collaboration with the regional contacts
  • Establish global standards and drive adoption to achieve outstanding business results
  • Steer and act in global matrix organization by driving exchange and collaboration with global stakeholders to improve business performance
  • Execute knowledge transfer as a trainer & facilitator to support sales execution e.g. conduct trainings on solution selling techniques and moderate exchange on sales execution

What you need is:

  • Successfully completed master's or diploma degree in the field of economics, ideally with a focus on marketing
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the areas of marketing and/or sales with strong business results
  • At least 2 years of experience in the development and maintenance of Microsoft Power BI as well as advanced skills in MS PowerPoint
  • Very good conceptional as well as analytical skills
  • Strong project- and stakeholder management skills in terms of moderation and facilitation
  • Ability and desire to span both strategic thinking as well as operational execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German skills are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel
