What's the role?
Are you interested to learn about leading a global manufacturing organization? We have an open position for an intern or thesis student in the Global Smart Factory team in Schaan (Liechtenstein). Help us to set the strategy for our plants worldwide, implement it together with the plants and push overarching topics like process innovation and industry 4.0. We offer you to write the master thesis in this topic or do an internship for 6 months or more. In doing so, you will make an important step forward to develop your personal career.
Start of internship is flexible on student's availability, duration at least 5 months.

What does the role involve?
In the Global Smart Factory team, you will work on the development, implementation and shaping of strategic topics and global processes for the global manufacturing organization. You will learn how to work with modern project management approaches like Scrum. Driving the implementation of strategic initiatives, you will contribute to improve our processes, our global production footprint and network, as well as our operational excellence initiative. With your communicational and organizational skills, you will help us to coordinate these activities globally. Your strategic thinking and your ability to create new concepts and ideas will help us to develop our strategic initiatives further.
You will work closely with international leaders and experts on a daily base. Additionally, you get the opportunity to write your master thesis within the context of your work.

What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree and currently studying in a master’s program with an economic or technical background
- You are self-motivated, responsible and strive to achieve something great
- Enthusiasm to learn and high commitment
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
