Hilti Graduate Program - Sales / Business Track

Build your career in a fast-paced program

Have you recently (or almost) gained your Master’s degree? Are you already in the workplace but want a more challenging and rewarding role? Perhaps you’re looking for international opportunities? What You'll do

  • Two-year program with strong focus on professional and personal development
  • One-month onboarding with in-house training and on-the-job learning

0–12 months
  • Start as an Account Manager and learn the core of our business

12–16 months
  • Continue as Account Manager and take on a 20% strategic project in another department

After 16 months – two paths
  • Full-time project in another department for 4 months if you’re still exploring
  • Move into a new role if your direction is clear
  • Sales track: expert roles (Business Developer, Service Consultant, …)
  • Business track: roles in Marketing, Finance, HR, …

What You’ll Bring

  • You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a Master’s degree
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
  • You have up to 2 years of professional experience
  • You are involved in extracurricular activities and demonstrate strong leadership potential
  • You are mature, assertive and committed to developing your career, with strong communication skills
  • You are flexible, proactive and solution-oriented
  • You are ambitious and preferably open to relocating nationally or even internationally in the future
