What's the role?
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst Logistics Warehousing with focus area Warehousing IT to strongly contribute and play an important part in our transformation of warehousing landscape. The position will be based in our strategic IT location Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and reports directly to the Head of Warehousing IT in Hilti Headquarter.
What You'll do
As IT Business Analyst Warehousing, you identify and analyze business requirements for creative and innovative IT solutions based on customer needs and strategic requirements. You are responsible for leveraging SAP products to accomplish business objectives in Warehouse Management for more than 50 Hilti organizations worldwide. This includes support activities of our global SAP system landscape as well as Implementing/Roll Outs and collaborating and cooperating with different project stakeholders including business, IT and external partners.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT and/or Business Administration with Cumulative Grade Point Average > 3.0 or similar grading
- SAP customizing experience is a must; debugging experience is a plus.
- At least 2 years experiences in SAP ERP ECC 6.0 or S4/HANA environment in which 1 years in EWM / WM
- Practical experience in SCM and Logistics Execution (Warehouse management traditional module, iDOC
- interfacing to 3PL systems) and familiar with functional processes preferable
- Experience involving in design, planning, and implementing end-to-end solutions in an international environment
- Entrepreneurial minded, team player, and good problem-solving skills; leadership and project management experience preferable
- Fluent in English (verbally and written).
