Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your new role as a Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) will see you taking ownership of our customer experience by providing seamless customer service while supporting process improvements.

What does the role involve?

The Customer Service & Sales Representative (Non-Voice) is responsible for:

  • Creating a market leading customer experience
  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Professional management of Inbound Customer contacts via email & messaging
  • Targeted sales growth of service differentiators
  • Drive and promote process efficiencies within the Customer Service team
  • Participate pro-actively in teamwork, meetings and training sessions, together with full participation in individual professional development and skill building sessions

What you need is:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and focus
  • A self-starter mindset with motivation to drive and achieve results
  • Ability to work independently & in a team
  • High learning agility and drive for self-development
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for problem solving
  • The ability to effectively and proactively develop customer relationships
  • Experience using SAP or other CRM platforms 
  • Ability to work earlier hours to align with Australian time zones
