Technician Team Leader(근무지: 경기도 안양시 동안구)

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The purpose of this position is to ensure efficient running of TSC(Tool Service Center) activities and operations.
TSC activities and operations include repair, stock / fixed asset control (mainly spare parts), logistics activity (stock in & out), TSC team management, repair center management and reporting.
TSC Technician Team leader is responsible for managing TSC technician team and motivating repair technician to provide high level of service to customers in after sales service areas.
The position is responsible for efficient operations in Tool Service centers and for maintenance of repair facilities and assets.
This position is also responsible for day to day TSC administrative activities in TSC.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Global TSC 또는Region TSC Team에서 지시하는 모든 수리 활동, 각종 문제점 및 개선을 위한 제안을 시의 적절하게 보고 한다.
또한 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 통해 정확하고 시기 적절하게 MO KR TSC에 적용하기 위해 노력한다. 

근무지: 경기도 안양시 동안구 TSC Center 

1. TSC repair control – 수리업무 관리

• 업무량 변동 및 팀원의 부재에 대한 수리 back up
• TSC admin back up
• 팀원간 업무량 조정 및 BU rotation
• 신입 수리 사원 업무 및 수리 training
• 수리업무 진행에 필요한 관련 부서(Sales/Marketing/Customer Service)와의 업무 조율
• 세부적이고 전문적인 사항에 대한 고객 응대
• 수리품질에 대한 모니터링 및 문제점 파악
• 신제품에 대한 부품/수리 장비 준비 및 수리 교육 진행 조율

• 부품 및 기타재고에 대한 재고관리
• 부품 status 관리 및 Air 주문에 대한 모니터링을 통한 적정 재고관리
• 부품의 변경, 단종 등의 내용에 대한 모니터링
• 재고에 대한 업무협조 – Logistics, Region RDC(Repair Disctribution Center)
• 신제품 부속 준비

• 부속 수급관리의 최적화를 위해 PM과 Repair techincian, Material planner와 커뮤니케이션하고 관리 해야 한다
• 수리를 실시할, 신제품이 출시되는 경우 해당 BU(Business Unit)의 PM과 본사 담당자와의 연락을 통해, 향후 수리 진행에 이상이 없도록 부속의 준비와 수리 기술 습득을 해야 한다.
• 부품 및 기타 제품이 재고이동에 대한 관리
• 수리건의 입고 / 출고의 물량에 대한 정확한 모니터링 및 관리 – Logistics / 택배 폐기 업무 진행

• TSC(Tool Service Center)센터의 전반적인 사항에 대한 관리
• 수리관련 장비의 관리 및 업데이트
• 수리 / 수리 외의 필요한 고정자산 품목에 대한 구매 진행

• TSC 업무에 대한 Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting
• 월별 costing에 대한 reporting

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred in Electrical Engineering / Mechanics)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experiences (5 years ~15 years)
• Technical/mechanical knowledge appreciated
• Experience with people management
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with SAP system
• Excellent analytical skills required
• Ability to network extensively and communicate effectively across functions
