What's the Role?
The role of the Key Project Coordinator is to coordinate the design phase and drive execution phase of the secured Hilti ventilated façade packages with the end client, project participants and HILTI business developer in KSA. He/she is providing problem solving support to HILTI customers in office and on-site while coordinating with various internal fulfillment processes from engineering, logistic and commercial channels. The Key project coordinator is responsible that all projects are executed and completed within the standards while delivering HILTI added value services in ventilated façade subsegment to the customer.

What does the role involve?
As the Key Project Coordinator for Ventilated Façade, you will lead and coordinate cross functionally between Hilti Saudi Arabia and the customer to align and manage tasks, conduct project coordination meetings to evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing project specifications, panel layouts and project schedule for design execution with project stakeholders and the HILTI Project Management Office.
Furthermore, you will train installers on the installation of Ventilated Facade system for mockup build ups & during actual site execution while developing the technical application competence within sales and business development teams.
Day-to-day you will be; providing installation reports and feedback to project stakeholders, reviewing and commenting on façade cladding, preparing and coordinating shop drawings and deriving and managing the Bill of Material from installation drawings after customer orders.
In this role you will coordinate with HILTI Logistics departments and project installers on the material delivery based on the project forecast, while liaising with the HILTI finance department and business developer to coordinate on process orderings. Lastly, you will ensure the adherence to relevant codes and Hilti standards in project engineering and maintain Hilti’s rules for compliant engineering of defined applications.

What you need is:
- Basic degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering
- Ability to interpret and review project drawings with moderate level in AutoCAD drafting
- Strong understanding and experience with external façade cladding application
- Experience with façade design and thermal calculation (nice to have)
- Experience in construction job site environment with experience in façade package management
- Basic experience with BIM management and modeling is a plus
- Willing to travel across the KSA up to 70% of time
- Understanding the correlation between technical and commercial aspects of engineering work
- Goal achievement and solution-oriented personality
- Track record of meeting deadlines and not compromising on quality by working effectively with others
- Empathy and ability to work in multicultural environment
