What's the role?
This role is about the implementation of Hilti’s LEAD 2030 Digital Design & Engineering Strategy to drive sustainable value creation and market leadership for the global Digital Design & Engineering business. You will structure and guide strategic initiatives through close collaboration with all business units, the global market reach team and global engineering and sales regions.

What does the role involve?
As a Strategic Project Manager, you will develop and execute the strategy roll-out plan across business units and market organizations by working in close collaboration with senior stakeholders in the Business Units, Regions, Global Competence Centers and Strategic Marketing. You will identify further opportunities to develop the Digital Design & Engineering business and drive excting sub-projects. You will actively contribute to strategic, cross-functional projects and steering around Digital Design & Engineering business, update, review and orchestrate further development and continuous improvement of our Digital Design & Engineering business.

What you need is:
- University degree (MSc, PhD) with technical education
- Experience within the consultancy industry is a must
- Considerable working experience in the construction industry ideally in areas of relevant service applications
- Technical understanding of design and construction in general
- Capability and high affinity to strategy execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills and capability to drive strategic topics along with key stakeholders
- Project management skills
