Our battery research team is searching for motivated students from mathematics, computer science or comparable fields who want to enable stronger, safer and longer lasting power tool batteries for tomorrow by conducting battery data analysis.

What does the role involve?
As intern you’ll be part of our interdisciplinary battery team, working on the latest lithium-ion battery technology. You’ll work closely with our experts focusing on battery research and development. Your key responsibilities involve different tasks within the following topics: Battery field data analysis, feature extraction & interpretation and reporting. Creating statistical insight into the battery usage behaviour by conducting big-data analysis and visualization of battery and tool data.

What you need is:
- You are a team player
- Master student in mathematics, computer science, or comparable field
- Programming skills in Python
- First experience in data analytics, Machine Learning and cloud services (e.g. AWS)
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and/or German
- Interest in working in the field of Lithium-ion batteries
- A proactive approach and self-reliant personality
