What's the role?
For our fast growing large project division, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for Prefabrication (m/f/d), who manages prefabrication projects for our customers in Central Europe. In this role you are responsible for the customer order execution. For that purpose, you will operationally steer our network of prefabrication units, their inventories, and capacities. Moreover, you will ensure on time deliveries together with the local project coordinators.
In addition to your daily operational tasks, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the further development of the prefabrication processes and standards.

What does the role involve?
As a Logistics Coordinator for Prefabrication (m/f/d) you will process prefabrication projects from the bidding and proposal phase until customer delivery. You will support the bidding phase by performing service cost calculations for prefabricated materials and ensure forecasting and capacity planning for production. Furthermore, you will be responsible for material availability and on time replenishment as well as all SAP bookings related to the order.
You will oversee the project plans including the respective lead times for material and production and quickly identify bottlenecks and corresponding solutions.
In this regional role you will be the central contact person between operations and suppliers. Therefore, you will ensure a proactive communication and close collaboration with your local, regional, and global stakeholders. In addition, you will take part in continuous improvement initiatives to further develop the prefabrication processes and operations.

What you need is:
- bachelor’s degree, or comparable qualification
- Proven operational and practical experience
- MS-Office and SAP-knowledge, especially related to order management and production processes
- Basic understanding of production processes and the technical design cycle
- High energy level, eager to learn with the ability to tackle challenges in an effective and self-reliant way
- Strong ability to build a network and to collaborate closely with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English and good German Skills
