Business Developer / Akkuyu

What's the role?

The Business Developer is a senior position and positioned in the Akkuyu Nuclear Power plant (Mersin). As a BD you will be focusing on developing a portfolio of Large Accounts at the Akkuyu project, in the Nuclear segment where you will create and lead the customer strategy to increase the adoption of Hilti solutions. You will also coordinate a project team associated with these accounts.

What does the role involve?

  • Responsible for the development of engineering business with acconuts (owners, EPCs, contractors) operating at the Akkuyu NPP where you will create and lead the customer strategy.
  • Lead multi-level relationships across technical and commercial departments and build-up deep understanding of the customers relevant internal workflows.
  • Drive standardization, project specifications and sales development to increase share-of-wallet of Hilti solutions.
  • Deliver the IPS approach and engineering services value to the project customers.
  • Build up the Akkuyu project opportunity pipeline, and coordinate project engineering team to achieve annual Net Sales ambitions.
  • Maintain up to date market insights and collaborate with Regional Segment Management to successfully implement the 2030 corporate strategy

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. ( Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferable)
  • Native Russian speaker
  • Large project management capabilities to manage complexity of system selling across multiple geographies, functions and customers.
  • Communication skills to create trust through active listening, influencing without authority, negotiation skills. Senior relationship management skills to be capable and confident while speaking to senior and C-level customers.
  • Long-term strategic thinking to explain and transmit the targets & strategy to customers, peers and management
  • Able to influence internal and external stakeholders around the strategy while understanding external stakeholders’ pain points and trends to adjust it if need be.
  • Self-driven and working autonomously create his/her own planning and tasks to reach the targets.
