Your focus will be focus on Salesforce integration services designed to transform data into actionable insights for our Salesforce end users and unlock the full potential of systematic account development - ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, value-driven, and impactful.

What does the role involve?
As a Business Analyst, your role is to understand and refine business requirements transforming these requests into actionable tasks for the team and support operational business. An important aspect of the role also involves reverse engineering and documenting all services to maintain clear and accessible system knowledge. You will be part of an international scrum team of experienced and highly skilled IT engineers, leveraging agile methods while creating strong impact to our customers. Systematic Account Development is an essential part of how we manage our sales processes and enable customers to benefit fully from Hilti products. You will mainly work on integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications like SAP, and also gain experience with using the AWS tech stack

What you need is:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related fields.
- At least 5+ years of experience in dealing with cloud software (ideally Salesforce or SAP), CRM business process management and agile methods.
- Basic or Advanced knowledge in modern integration and middleware technologies such as Event-Driven Architecture, Micro-Services and API Management, standard data exchange protocol.
- Basic or Advanced knowledge of AWS tech stack
- Basic or Advanced knowledge of agile software development processes and tool chain
- Strong analytical skills, willingness and ability to learn, curiosity and interest in technological innovation
- Strong communication skills with excellent English and interpersonal skills to manage change and perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.
- You have a passion for marketing, sales and service business process design, paired with an interest in CRM software.
