The Business Services Coordinator provide general office support in the most cost effective, timely, and efficient manner possible. To ensure that critical company processes at the Hilti Central Warehouse Management Centers are accurate and timely.

What does the role involve?
- Responsible for administrative support for the Central Warehouse Management Teams, including preparation, shipping, and tracking of inbound /outbound parcels; and maintaining knowledge of carrier and material handling regulations (to include Hazardous Materials).
- Work with the customer experience coordinator to ensure the Distribution Center facility is prepared to host events coordinated by Hilti teams and that the public and confidential work areas are properly labeled and secured.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintain vendor relationships for office maintenance (i.e. cleaning, coffee, security, vending, etc.).
- Work cross functionally with all departments to ensure business process continuity and consistency.
- Work with finance to process payments for purchased supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate employee identification badges with corporate and distribution process.
- Maintain proper level of secrecy and discretion related to ongoing projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

What do we offer?
The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skills sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is for this particular job posting. Please be advised that a different location may result in a different range. At Hilti, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $22.00/hr.- $32.00/hr. with bonus at target of $700.00-$1,100.
What you need is:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and experience in operating standard office equipment, at a level generally acquired through 3+ years related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Some analytical ability is required in order to find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work.
- Work requires multitasking ability as well as continual attention to detail in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with packing Hazardous Materials for shipment is preferred but not required.
