What's the role?
The Key Projects Manager for the Mining Industry is a strategic role part of the E&I (Energy and Industry) Brazilian team. You will focus on Mining, Iron & Steel Industries by working on our offers for Large & Complex Projects, covering accounts ecosystem, expanding revenue opportunities in the projects and influencing customer's buying decisions

What does the role involve?
As a Key Projects Manager for the Mining Industry, you will:
- Bring your sales & projects experience on Mining , Iron & Steel segments to deliver sales results
- Advocate systematic account development through the implementation of initiatives to achieve sales and product goals, the development of customer relationships, and sustainable profitable sales growth. The job holder needs to take an active role in the management of key customers and major projects within the region
- Derive appropriate corrective action if achievement of sales targets is under risk. Conduct field coaching and follow up with coaching reports
- Take an active role in customer engagement through our products, services and softwares. Develop loyal customers through solution selling by providing a tailored and sustainable value proposition to them
- Apply leadership skills to be creative, take calculated risks, bring the best out the team by applying coaching fundamentals and competency on situational leadership. Able to change leadership style according to circumstances
- Guide your team of Project Account Managers in customer visits and project action plans. Thoroughly plan day to day and strengthen execution skills. Ensure a complete CRM and effective TTM
- Responsible for Value Creation in the region through the influence, motivation, direction, and development of the Sales Team. The purpose of the role is to recruit, train and motivate the sales team to exceed target and maximize profitable growth in the region

What you need is:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering. Other careers only if they have technical knowledge on the segments
- Proven experience (direct/indirect) managing projects & sales in the Mining segment with main players in Brazil. Iron & Steel Experience (siderurgia) is a plus
- Team leadership experience e.g coaching, managing performance, etc
- Portuguese and English Speaker is mandatory
- Required skills: effective communication, influencing abilities, stakeholder management at different levels, self driven, project management capabilities, consultative sales
- Availability to travel at least 50% around Brazil and used to working with customers on the field
