Lead product & services strategy powering global construction excellence

The Product Manager – Services in responsible for ensuring effective adoption of 'Life Cycle Management' and driving continuous improvement in customer engagement, growth, and circularity.

What You'll do

  • Prepare and coordinate effective training, coaching and steering initiatives to successfully embed new services and solutions to the portfolio.
  • Create localized marketing materials (internal / external)
  • Clear effective and timely communication to sales team on Solution and Services topics
  • Provide support to the sales force on escalations related to Services, Software and Solutions and take a leading role in resolving them.
  • Work with Services Operations Team to ensure seamless customer experience during acquisition and care phases.
  • Work with AMS team to ensure consistency and alignment of services strategy.
  • Monthly reporting of solution and services results to key stakeholders in the MO and region

What You’ll Bring

  • Masters Degree
  • Direct sales competence & experience with strong results track record
  • Proven success conducting consultative selling approach
  • Expertise in Fleet Management and Asset Management Software within the construction industry
  • Sales Management experience desirable
  • Demonstrated consultative, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Efficient with Microsoft programs, SFDC, SAP, Excel, Thinkcell
  • Able to manage operational and strategic aspects concurrently
