Are you a passionate salesperson, with a strong drive to outperform? Our Account Managers serve as the go-to contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to make construction better by being their partner for productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What You'll do

<span style="text-align: justify; display:block;">As an Account Manager, no two days are the same, but you’ll spend most of your time visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them and demonstrating Hilti solutions.

The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high-level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry.
The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.</span>

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English;
  • Customer-facing/sales experience gained in any industry;
  • Dynamic personality with a strong winning and high-performance mindset;
  • Ability to demonstrate that you're a flexible team player with a hunger to learn;
  • Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude;
  • A driving license is essential based on the nature of the position.

Monthly gross salary 2200 EUR - 2800 EUR; quarter bonus system and 3-level benefit packages.</span>
