Head of Project Fulfillment E3/E5 (m/w/d)

As Head of Project Fulfillment E3/E5 you will be responsible for managing the logistical planning and execution (Fulfillment & Prefabrication Services) of defined large construction projects and for helping to implement process standards for effective project execution within the Logistics Europe Central (LEC) region.

What You'll do


  • Responsibility for customer-oriented and efficient logistical planning and execution of dedicated large-scale projects at a regional level

  • Direct management of operational staff (e.g., fulfillment manager, prefabrication manager, potentially specials manager) and indirect management of project business materials managers in coordination with regional materials management

  • Coaching and further development of employees regarding their professional and social skills

  • Ensuring a high level of customer and service orientation within the team

  • Definition of quantitative & qualitative targets and performance management standards, as well as ensuring operational excellence in the department and effective cost monitoring/margin control for specific projects

  • Contribute to the implementation of global standards, services, processes, and tools to ensure effective project execution and continuous improvement in the LEC region, sharing experiences and best practices related to project execution

  • Close collaboration with all logistics departments and other functions such as marketing, engineering, legal, customer service, sales, finance, BU, and global logistics at MO-, regional-, and corporate levels

  • Developing an understanding of the local market (competitive situation, customer requirements) to contribute to the long-term success of the company


What You’ll Bring

University degree (bachelor's/master's) with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics and/or (construction) project management
Leadership experience (direct, indirect, ideally in a matrix organization)
Proactive and communicative personality with a strong focus on teamwork and results in an international environment
Excellent conceptual skills coupled with project management know-how
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical and structured approach to work

  • High level of commitment and personal responsibility
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP ERP and MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of production and technical design cycles is an advantage
  • Competent and proactive approach toward internal/external customers and suppliers
  • Interest and willingness to pursue an international career
  • Excellent English skills and German language proficiency at B2 level (CEFR) are required
  • Willingness to travel
