Metrology Specialist

What You'll do

  • You operate state of the art measurement equipment in the serial production environment, and through own expertise act as global point of contact for the plant measurement community both for “problem solving” in our global network, but also to drive global roll out and implementation of new methodologies.
  • You are responsible for the establishment and further development of state of the art and robust measurement strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. development and quality)
  • During product development projects you are responsible in close alignment with our development and quality departments to develop, select and implement the most suitable measurement technologies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Passion for technology: You consistently challenge the status quo of a technical solution and are passionate to drive innovation utilizing industry best practices.
  • Develop our measurement strategy: drive the long term development and implementation of selected measurement solutions for our plant in Schaan as well as our global manufacturing organization. Commitment to develop and sustain the expertise in this role on the long term.
  • Professional Experience: Sound technical experience preferably in a serial production environment. Ideally you have a a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field.
  • Metrology Expertise: preferred: solid background in metrology, preferably with programming skills and in-depth knowledge of optical measuring technologies
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in German and English, both written and spoken
