Assisting the supply manager to perform various analytical and administrative tasks in order to support root cause analysis and process improvements on pricing and suppliers for our specials product portfolios.
Assisting the line manager in the creating the Quality procedures and documents for various processes within our prefabrication unit.

What does the role involve?
Working in various platforms ( Excel, Visio, SAP, MS Office) to perform analysis of data to ascertain root causes, maintain master data in source systems and to assist with resolution thereof.
Developing and modifying processes and procedural documents in preparation for a quality audit. Serve as Document controller and administrative management thereof.

What you need is
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Supply Chain Management, Logistics,Operations Management or a related field.
- Prior internship or 1-3 years project/professional experience in a analytical or administrative position, (which includes tasks such as pricing analysis, business process mapping of related business issues). (external ad), in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management is a plus.
- Experience with financial concepts , market research, or process improvement, data analysis or supply chain optimization of supply chain principles, inventory management, and procurement processes an advantage.
- Exposure to process mapping software e.g Visio , ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Excellent Excel skills required; experience with excel macros, Power-BI dashboards, or equiv.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Business analyst experience is an advantage, exposure to quality standards, IS9001 a plus.
- LEAN or Six Sigma training a plus.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
- Effective English communication skills
