Local Process Expert

What's the role

As Local Process Expert (LPE) for Tool Service Centre (TSC), you are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of new and current processes, management of the SAP operating system used in the TSC and ordering and management of supplies required within the TSC. You support system processes to ensure the fast and accurate tool reception, carrier management, recycling control, goods inbound/outbound procedures, loan tool service and the supply of all other inbound/outbound goods. You have responsibility to ensure the system delivers a high quality, fast and efficient service.

What does the role involve?

As the LPE you will maintain processes and SAP system through daily, weekly and monthly monitoring. You will proactively resolve any issues before they impact operations. You will ensure the interface between the TSC and our carriers functions correctly and fix any issues to avoid problems in deliveries to our customers. You will act as a support for the TSC in ensuring smooth running of operations through your high competence within the system. The role includes ordering of key consumables within the TSC that are required to make the TSC function on a daily basis, ensuring we have the correct stock levels and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

You will potentially also be responsible for monitoring our ‘3 days or free’ time promise – one of our main service differentiators. You might also monitor customer complaints and investigate any issues and provide solutions to the complaint in a timely manner and ensure processes are in place to stop repetitive issues occurring. The LPE is also responsible for management around inventory in the TSC, including management of our Small Spare Parts Process and ensuring Missing Spare Parts for tools are received and released for repair as quickly as possible to avoid further delays for customers.

You will maintain a continuous improvement mindset, making recommendations regarding process improvements, including technologies that apply to the Tool Service Centre supply chain and facilitate open communication between business partners such as Logistics, Marketing, Tool Services, Customer Service locally and globally to achieve outstanding results and sharing best practices.

What you need is:

  • Proven logistics or repair center and operational experience
  • High level of SAP competence, previous experience of process management a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • People oriented with ability to influence stakeholders on multiple levels and team members with different needs to gain their commitment and support to resolve customer problems
  • Creative individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced, customer focused environment
  • Focus to satisfy internal/external customers on a daily basis
  • Speak fluent Swedish and English
