What does the role involve?

As a Business Developer for Mining, your primary responsibility will be the retention and growth of key mining industry accounts through strategic market penetration and sales development, both direct and indirect. You’ll work to achieve ambitious net-sales targets while building and sustaining strong multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the industry. 

In this role, you can expect to travel frequently to mining sites across Turkey to establish and maintain close connections with clients on-site, providing hands-on support and ensuring our solutions align perfectly with their operational needs.

Your in-depth experience and understanding of the mining sector will be essential in enabling you to increase Hilti’s share of this competitive market.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Mining sector with a proven track record (sales experience is preferred)
  • Experience and knowledge in the mining sector is preferable
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively within an international team
  • A background in creating client-focused, differentiated, and feasible solutions that meet specific industry needs
  • Excellent communication, networking, and self-management skills with a self-driven, autonomous approach to work
  • To be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player,
  • Open to travel inside Turkey
*Please be informed that this position requires you to travel 75%
