Global Management Development Programme (Outperformer) - Finance Track

What's the role?

Salary £37,500 + Bonus.

We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, multi-lingual, post-graduate talents to take our company forward.

Hilti Outperformer is a global management development program like no other, with real responsibility from day one.

Who is Hilti?

Hilti is where innovation is improving productivity, safety and sustainability in the global construction industry, and beyond. Where strong customer relationships are creating products and solutions that are Making Construction Better. Where a passionate and inclusive global team of 34,000 employees across more than 120 countries is exploring possibilities, leveraging their potential, owning their personal development and growing lasting careers. Hilti Great Britain has been consistently recognised as a top employer for nearly two decades and is currently ranked in top 20 UK’s Best Workplaces by the Great Place to Work institute.

What does the role involve?

Hilti Outperformer is a two-year program, where you’ll quickly be involved in a range of international projects, with lots of exposure to senior management. It’s fast paced and testing, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you.

The Finance Track is split into three main stages of work:

  • 12 months as an Account Manager in Great Britain.
  • 2 months on a project in a Northern Europe country, 4 months on a project in the Manchester Hub. You'll go through intense training and learning in finance and accounting functions.
  • 6 months on a strategic financial project outside the region. If you’ve come from a mature market, you’ll work in an emerging market, and vice versa.
We want your thirst to learn, courage to challenge and desire to improve things, including yourself.

Once again Hilti has been awarded as World's Best Workplaces™ in 2024! We are proud to rank in the Top 20 of UK’s Best Workplaces.
