What You'll do
- Manage the inflow of sales and non-sales candidates through multiple recruitment channels
- Handle job ad responses and conduct direct searches
- Proactively approach potential candidates via social media
- Screen and select candidates via video interviews, assessments, and tests
- Manage the full recruitment process from A to Z
- Collaborate closely with the business and hiring managers
- Attend career fairs and optimise campus recruitment
- Work actively with external recruitment partners
What You’ll Bring
- Degree holder with solid experience in both in-house and agency recruitment
- Strong in end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing to selection and closing
- Manage candidate inflow across multiple channels and conduct direct searches
- Skilled in online sourcing, social media outreach, video interviews, assessments and tests
- Partner closely with hiring managers and external agencies throughout the full recruitment process
- Attend career events and support campus recruitment
- Excellent communication in Dutch, French and English
- Organised team player, focused on results, proficient in MS Office, ATS systems and digital recruitment tools
