What does the role involve?
In this role, you’ll lead large, company-shaping projects from idea to execution, collaborating across teams to bring bold sustainability goals to life. You’ll inspire the organization around circularity and sustainability, using your communication, persuasion, and data skills to turn “impossible” ideas into real, measurable outcomes.
You’ll play a key role in executing our circular economy strategy through initiatives focused on product end-of-life, business model innovation, and sustainable product design. This includes identifying and prioritizing new circular opportunities, embedding circular principles across marketing, operations, design, and logistics, and ensuring smooth implementation by anticipating and solving operational challenges.
You’ll also build strong partnerships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to accelerate circular progress. By tracking and reporting on initiative performance, you’ll keep senior leadership informed and engaged. Finally, you’ll lead and develop a team of circular economy experts dedicated to advancing our sustainability ambitions and driving meaningful, lasting impact across the organization.

What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, or related fields.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams with high complexity and tight deadlines.
- Experience in circular economy and/or sustainability, with a focus on operational experience. Consultant experience is a strong plus.
