What's the role?
As Modeling Team Leader, you will serve as the functional and disciplinary leader for BIM Modelers and BIM Lead Modelers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Additionally, you will manage the team to achievement of high standards in quality, productivity, and efficiency, driving continuous initiatives to enhance performance within both the team and the broader Hilti’s Global Modeling Community.

What does the role involve?
The responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- You will deliver exceptional expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) by guiding the team through complex challenges and adeptly leveraging all pertinent Hilti manuals and standards.
- Drive the team to optimize the utilization of existing scripts and productivity tools, ensuring the automation of tasks within the defined scope of delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration across various organizational units to enhance service development and optimize service delivery for diverse Hilti offerings.
- Foster a vibrant global community of modeling professionals by establishing collaborative networks, orchestrating BLM masterclasses and standardizing Hilti's modeling methodologies across all regions.
- Ensure compliance with the established workflow scheme and quality processes.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate KPIs related to modeling output, speed, and quality to establish a baseline for effective performance management. And Provide team members with Relevant Feedback.
- Consolidate and project a mid-term rolling forecast for the demand of required modeling resources based on the Project Pipeline and review sessions with the Project Management team.
Our iconic red Hilti toolbox currently contains more than 30% recycled materials, and we are actively working to increase this to 50% within the next twelve months.

What you need is:
- Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil- or Structural- Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in modelling and complex project workflow
- Previous team lead experience as a coordinator or project manager are a must
- Full domain on MS software, Basics Autodesk software skills (AutoCAD, Revit is a plus). General Plant Design and BIM knowhow (SP3D, E3D and Revit)
- Fluent in English (C1), all other languages are a strong plus
- Excellent in modelling and information processing (core of BIM)
- Strong understanding of BIM workflow and mindset for scale and compliance
- Strong prioritization skill to orchestrate direct task-execution and future development
- Empathy and ability to work in multicultural environment
- Strong drive and contribution attitude to develop best performing modelling team
