Key Account Manager Vilnius

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We are looking for a colleague with strong business acumen and interest in technical solutions to join our sales team as a Key Account Manager.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer.
The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined are of responsibility. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.

You will analyze the data and plan your activities by creating business plans considering customer potential and where product gaps exist in a customer's purchasing ha bits.

You will collaborate with a variety of departments to manage successfully materials management process, logistics
questions etc.

Monthly gross salary 2700 EUR - 3300 EUR; quarter bonus system and 3-level benefit packages.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English;
  • Customer-facing/sales experience gained in any industry, experience in technical field sales will be considered as advantage;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts via account development;
  • Project management skills, including understanding of capture team collaboration principles;
  • Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset;
  • Ability to demonstrate that you're a flexible team player with a hunger to learn;
  • A driving license is essential based on the nature of the position.
