What's the Role?

We are looking for a motivated, curious and enthusiastic professional to join our Regional Talent Acquisition team in Panama City, recruiting mostly sales positions for Mexico, Brasil, Chile, Argentina, Peru and Colombia while working in recruitment related projects with regional impact.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to partner with the business to attracting, hire and onboard of the best people. The role involves collaborating and consulting with business leaders and hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plans. The job holder works with the HR Business Partners to research, identify and attract external talents to Hilti through various executive sourcing, networking and search strategies designed to diversify and develop the external talent pipeline.

What you need is:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition roles recruiting positions at different levels, particularly field based commercial roles. Similar industries in Construction, Technical, Energy & Industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree completed is required
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese is required. Spanish is a plus 
  • Proven track record, with hands-on experience using various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Experience in managing recruitment related projects in an in-house environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, resilient, ability to coach candidates and hiring managers towards finding the best talent for Hilti
  • Initiative and drive for execution with data-driven mindset
  • Passion for engaging talents and elevating candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Availability to work in a hybrid scheme with 2 days home office
