What's the role?

As an Intern in our Procurement Team located in Schaan, Liechtenstein, you will be part of Hilti's sourcing activities for BU Measuring. We provide support to the Project Teams by procuring goods and services, according to Specifications, Quality and Timeline expectations.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 3 months (preferably 6+ months)

What does the role involve?

You will get insights on Direct Procurement process, supporting the creation of Purchase Orders, managing Invoices, communicating with external Suppliers, reporting to Team Stakeholders.
In addition you will be involved in Suppliers Management activities, Contracting, Sourcing and Business Interruption Risk analysis.

What you need is:


  • Enrolled in a Master’s program (Engineering, better if Electronics, Economics, Supply Chain Management; others are evaluated) for the internship period
  • No prior experience in Procurement requested
  • Discipline and attentiveness to details are requested to effectively create error-proof Contracts and Purchase Orders
  • Confident in analyzing data and creating presentations
  • Strong communication and logical thinking skills to successfully perform in a multiple stakeholder environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
