Main responsibilities:


  • As an Account Manager, you won’t just sell, you’ll develop new business opportunities, manage processes and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Every day will be a new challenge: you’ll be on construction sites, in offices, companies, or production plants, always at the heart of the action!
  • You’ll present our most innovative products, showcase our cutting-edge software and offer unique, customized services and solutions.
  • You’ll build trust-based relationships with customers, helping them find the best Hilti solutions for their business.
  • You’ll work in the field, testing yourself in a dynamic, challenging, and ever-evolving environment.

What you need is:

We’re not just looking for years of experience, we want potential, passion and a desire to grow.
You’re the perfect fit if you have:

  • University degree (but remember, Hilti values the person!)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales and strong interest in sales
  • Ability to set clear goals and the drive to achieve them
  • Proactivity, ambition, and enthusiasm
  • Good knowledge of English
  • A valid driver’s license category B for at least one year
