This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding international leadership career. In this fast-tracked, 2-year program, you'll be placed at the heart of our customer-focused business model, giving you full responsibility from day one.
Throughout the program you'll work with global colleagues, interact with senior management, and have a dedicated mentor. You'll attend global summits, take on key rotations and handle high-profile projects. This program is more than work, it's a transformative journey filled with learning, growth, and invaluable experiences that will shape your perspective as a budding professional.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Hilti Outperformer is a two-year program , where you’ll quickly be involved in a range of international projects, with lots of exposure to senior management. It’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you. It offers three distinct tracks: one focused on business and two on finance.

Throughout the program, you'll receive coaching, mentoring, and opportunities to showcase your work to senior leadership teams. Upon completion, you'll be guaranteed a landing role within Hilti.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Salary: 2300-2900 EUR gross, with quarterly bonuses and a 3-level benefit package.
You’ll also take part in some fascinating courses and events:
- Leadership development program – a comprehensive learning journey with IMD business school in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a qualification from IMD;
- Business management training – individual training at Hilti. A focus on behavioral profiles, personal strengths, leadership styles and communication skills;
- Global summit Experience – 4-5 days at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein. A look at the way global business units function, plus soft skills like situational leadership and international teamwork with involvement of the Hilti Executive Board;
- Social Impact project – 7-8 days ‘building a better future’. A hands-on and hugely impactful community project, like our recent house building for displaced refugees in Bosnia.
WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- You’ve recently graduated, or you’re preparing to graduate in 2025, with a master’s degree or PhD. Your degree is likely to be in business management, economics, finance or international studies if you can prove you have a mind for our business;
- You’ve spent at least three months in a professional environment, like an internship, apprenticeship or work experience, or have just started your career and want an opportunity where you can perform well and progress;
- Packed bags and mindset—geared for global career thrills;
- You’re multilingual – fluent in Latvian and English;
- Thriving on learning, mature, assertive, curious, dedicated;
- Team player with A+ communication;
- Driving license.
