What's the role?
This is more than an ordinary internship program; you will be working with us around 6 months and have a chance to be employed for sales, marketing, engineering or other departments within Hilti.

What does the role involve?
Supporting channels team in all process with real responsibilities. You will learn the inner workings of our Channels Department. You will work together with the field-based sales force and channels team in order to provide our customers with an outstanding experience.

What you need is:
- Senior or Masters student in Engineering disciplines, preferably Civil or Mechanical Engineering,
- Able to work for minimum 4 working days in a week in Hilti Store,
- Have a good level of English,
- Advanced MS Office knowledge,
- Previous Internship experience is a plus,
- Passion for learning and growing in the sales field,
- Eager to learn, open to communication, self-motivated, team player,
- Strong analytical thinking, result oriented,
- Resident in Ankara.
