Specifying the Future of Construction
Reporting to the Technical Engineering Manager, your new role as a Specification Engineer will involve creating opportunities through specifications and influencing key decision-makers to deliver products and services within the Hilti portfolio. This is a vital position that shapes the construction industry—from concept and design all the way through to installation and maintenance.
What You'll do
1. Offering technical support and expertise to clients, ensuring they understand and implement the best passive fire protection solutions.
2. Working closely with Architects to integrate Hilti’s products into their designs and projects.
3. Bring the value proposition of products, services and software and drive technical solution adoption building up to a strong specification pipeline.
4. Develop relationships with architectural practices by offering ongoing training, educational resources, and participating in networking events
What You’ll Bring
1. Holding minimum bachelor's degree in civil / mechanical engineering
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience as Engineer in structural consultant/ contractor
3. Dynamic personality with strong winning and high-performance mindset
4. Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa & English
5. Willing to work with high mobility as Field-based team
6. Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
7. Valid driving license
8. Open for working placement all across Indonesia region
