What does the role involve?
As Pricing and Margin Intern , you'll be supporting the Pricing and Margin team in various activities, from operational topics to project management, support in building training materials and analysis.
You will also be able to discover how a marketing department work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
This means to be a fast-learner, curious and open by nature, to ensure smooth onboarding and effective support to the team. The job will involve working in tight contacts with many departments, and a multi-level approach would be required to be successful in the job.
Your main Tasks will be:
Support in Solutions related operations for Countries with specific focus on Italy
Margin evaluations of sales opportunities
Support in coordination of team projects
Support sales force in providing Pricing KPIs for Italy and Southern Europe
Update of our main KPIs reports
Evaluate and handle Sales Force discount requests
Support in presentation preparation, training sessions

What you need is:
Min. Bachelor's degree, ideally in Management Engineering/ Economics / Marketing / Sales
Fluent in English and Italian
Good analytical skills
Good knowledge of Office Suite: PPT, XL, WORD, etc.
Team-oriented, collaborative, supportive
Willingness to learn, ability to search independently for missing pieces (auto-training)
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with pro-active and target oriented behavior
Able to work in local and regional cross-functional teams
